Bliss Balls

Mix up some bliss - a natural medicinal treat.
This recipe is customized to support:
- Adrenal Fatigue
- Lack of Energy
- Tension
- Stress
- Menopause, and more.

Bliss Ball Recipe
Makes about 30 balls, 1 ball per day (4 grams of herbs)

Herbal Powders (You can change out any of the powders to better suit your personal health goals or try a DIY Therapeutic Powder):
Peaceful Harvest Mushrooms Cordyceps Powder 22.5 grams
Shatavari Root Powder 30 grams
Eleuthero Root Powder 30 grams
Hawthorn Berry Powder 22.5 grams
Flax Seed Powder 15 grams

Peanut Butter 1/2 cup
Raw Honey 3/4 cup
Almond Butter 1/2 cup
Tahini - 1/2 cup
Shredded Coconut 1/4 cup
Chopped Almonds 4 Tbsp
Cacao Powder 6 Tbsp
Cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp
Cardamom 3/4 tsp

Mix all ingredients
The mixture should be firm enough to hold its shape. If it is too wet, add more dry ingredients, like cacao powder. Yum! Too dry? Add more of your favorite wet ingredient.

Form into 30 balls

Store in a container
I like to keep them in the fridge, but nothing is perishable so it’s not required.
