Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 rounded tsp Powder of your choice (lion’s mane, cordyceps, DIY therapeutic powder blend)
1 cup (appox.) Milk of Choice and/or your favorite probiotic yogurt
Splash of honey, maplesyrup, stevia, or sweetener of choice 
1/2 cup (approx.) Frozen Berries (optional)
Directions
Blend!

The berries in this smoothie support cardiovascular health.

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

1 Frozen Banana
2 Rounded Tbsp Powder of your choice (lion’s mane, cordyceps, DIY therapeutic powder blend) Use one with cocoa for the chocolate flavor.
1 cup (appox.) Milk of Choice and/or your favorite probiotic vanilla yogurt
Splash of Maple Syrup, Honey or sweetener of choice to taste
Directions
Blend!
